Last month, during a debate on the floor of the Florida House of Representatives, State Rep. Scott Randolph, D-Orlando, suggested that given the Republican party's eagerness to impose restrictions on abortion but total unwillingness to regulate businesses, he might be well advised to incorporate his wife's uterus as a business.
The House Speaker chastised Randolph because the teenage House pages might have heard him say, "Uterus".
